Here is the second session of our new 4 minute Fat Loss series based on the Tabata Protocol - these workouts are SHORT, VERY POWERFUL & HIGHLY METABOLIC! - These sessions are great in isolation or to pair with our 10 min HIIT. The main difference between these sessions and our normal HIIT/Circuit is the rate at which you can perform. For the majority training at maximal capacity anaerobically is only possible for burst 10-30s before performance output starts to greatly reduce. GO ALL OUT with these sessions
